We want you to be happy with the materials we deliver. This policy explains how refunds and revisions work for ProfileUplift services.

Free consultation

Your first 15-minute consultation is free. No payment is taken unless you choose a paid package, and the price is confirmed with you on the call beforehand.

Revisions

If you're not happy with the bio copy, photo guidance, or strategy we deliver, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free revision call to refine the materials.

Refunds

Because our services involve personalised work delivered to you, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe the service was not delivered as agreed, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@profileuplift.online with your details and the reason for your request. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

What isn't refundable

• Results — we don't guarantee matches or dates, so outcomes aren't grounds for a refund.
• Work already delivered and used, beyond the revision window.
